Step into the role of “graphic designer” and discover how to create professional quality web galleries and slideshows using the best tool for photographers today, Adobe Lightroom. In this two-and-a-half day intensely focused workshop, you learn all the steps necessary to use Lightroom’s Web module and Slideshow module, including how to customize interfaces and how to insert a custom logo. Cotton begins by building upon the basics of Lightroom’s workflow tools. We review how to create and organize image collections in the Library module, and how to process your images in the Develop module. With our images properly organized and processed, we then take an in-depth look at the Web and Slideshow modules. Starting with a basic Lightroom collection, we create a web site gallery and build and configure a slideshow step-by-step. We also explore using Adobe Photoshop for more advanced customization, such as creating logos and title slides. With these new skills, you are ready to easily and effectively utilize Lightroom’s power to create web site galleries and slideshows that showcase your photography and establish your professional presence.
